广州市森大贸易有限公司（“森大”）创立于2000年初，是一家享有国家外经委批准的进出口经营权的进出口贸易公司。经过近几年的发展，森大的客户网络已经覆盖到了海外20多个国家和地区，同时在海外部分国家创立了六家海外销售分公司。
在森大的发展过程中，森大经营的产品种类日益完善，并逐渐形成了以建材、电子、日用轻工产品为主导，以五金工具、化妆品、婴幼儿制品、摩托车汽车配件为辅的产品体系，并拥有了一批与森大共同发展的供应商队伍。
森大在成立初期，主要是以一般贸易形式来开拓尼日利亚市场为主，在艰难中逐步前行，以诚信经营为基础，逐渐在广大客户中间树立起了森大良好的信誉，也奠定了森大在尼日利亚市场的地位，为公司今后进一步开发非洲市场奠定了物资与经验基础。
2004年初，森大开始实施海外销售模式转型，由传统的一般贸易出口形式向海外连锁经营模式转型，并成功的在非洲加纳、坦桑尼亚、苏丹与中南美洲的秘鲁等国家创立了海外销售分公司，建立起了完整的营销渠道，实现了出口销售的本地化与连锁化经营。
森大在快速发展过程中，出口销售年均增长率保持在50%左右，并实现了出口销售规模与经营利润的同步增长。今后森大将继续立足海外市场，推行品牌化战略，并以非洲市场为基础逐步拓展世界市场，建立森大的连锁销售渠道与品牌体系，全面提升森大的竞争力。
